The owner, Anna Gueye, is a pastry chef who also makes German breads. “I would say it’s an international pastry and bakery shop. I’m also doing cronuts, DKA, churros, German pastries , French pastries, American cookies, German bread (especially the little Brötchen), French bread, ice cream based on natural ingredients. So it’s international pastry and a place to feel good,” explained Anna.
