Taaru Askan organic farm and eco-centre in Mbodiene (near Joal) are now growing vegetables that are difficult or expensive to buy in Senegal. They have begun harvesting bok choy (a delicious Chinese cabbage) and a fresh load will arrive in Dakar on Sunday and will be 1500cfa for a large head.
