Heat 2-3 Tbsp coconut oil in a heavy pot with a lid. Add a kilo of fresh green beans (trimmed and rinsed), stir and cover. Stir every few minutes. It should be hot and sizzling. Sprinkle water if it dries out. When bright green, add lots of crushed garlic, some black pepper and 2 Tbsp beef bouillon and a couple shakes of liquid smoke. (The American Food Store in Almadies is a big help for this recipe!)
Stir, cover and cook another 3-4 minutes and voila!
