Today I bought mbouraké (finely ground roasted peanuts) from Véronique at Lou Bess? farmers market. I wondered what I would do with it, but just a few bites in and I am finding myself very inspired!
- Sprinkle on ice cream.
Add to granola.
Swirl into brownie batter.
Roll banana slices in it.
Serve over spicy curries.
Open a gooey smore and sprinkle some in.
Add a spoonful to a bowl of oatmeal.
Stir into chocolate chip cookie dough.
Add to pancake batter.
Scoop into smoothies.
