DELICIOUS! Fresh, elegant cornes de gazelle, the best I’ve had outside of Morocco. Treat yourself and your guests with mint tea and prepared casamance oranges with rose water and mint leaves. Serve on a rooftop terrace under the jasmin flowers. Hang your blue mauritanian voiles and sit on cushions. If that doesn’t get you there, then it’s just going to happen.
