Sariah makes and sells authentic chicken, beef and lamb tamales, seasoned meat wrapped in a flavorful cornmeal dough, then steamed in a corn husk. She also has delicious vegetarian and dessert tamales – my favorites. These tamales are great for a quick weeknight dinner, lunch on the go, taking to a family just settling in, or like we did… having pot-luck Tex-Mex night! (On a side note for parents, my toddler loves them.)

She is now making tamales once a month on the first Saturday of the month. You can pre-order so that you can be sure to get the tamales you want for the month. If you do not pre-order, not a problem, you can always email, call, or text to order. They just might run out of tamales before the end of the month though…so plan well!

Tamales are available in packages of six for 6,000cfa. Delivery of frozen can be arranged for most areas.
