I just found a place with organic and, more important to me, gluten-free products. It’s called La Maison Verte, and it’s in Plateau. They have gluten-free bread and pasta, rice and corn cakes, quinoa, rice flour, etc. Not a huge amount of selection, and prices are what you would expect (more than for conventional products), but definitely worth a look for anyone trying to live gluten-free in Dakar. They also have organic food and toiletries, and seem to have a lot of baby products.
