If you attended the WAIST events in Dakar this year, you may have seen (and smelled!) the delicious grilled boerewors sausages. These South African beef sausages are made by Sue van Zyl and she is now selling them from her home in Dakar (Mamelles) for 3,500cfa/plateau.
